Over a decade ago, I was Fat, Sick, and Nearly Dead!


I woke the hell up! At the age of 34, in a 3 month period, I was diagnosed with A-Fib, High Blood Pressure, High Cholesterol, Acid Reflux, Anxiety, & Sleep Apnea. I was a young father of 2 years old and a newborn. I was devastated. I had grown up with two parents that had not taken care of themselves. Obesity and western disease took them both well ahead of their time. I decided that I was not going out like that. 


How did I wake up? How did I lose 100lbs?

I started to read books & watch documentaries on health and nutrition. I read dozens of books and watched every documentary there was on the subject. I learned that the things my doctors had been telling me were a bunch of B.S. I learned to find doctors that are more aligned to truly healing people instead of giving them a pill for every problem. It took me two years to lose 100lbs and beat every single one of the diseases that I was diagnosed with. That is not so bad, considering it took me 34 years to ruin my health.


In 2014 I became a Certified Health Coach

In 2019 I Created a 90 Day Program with over 12 hours of education that consolidates all of the research and education that if consumed over the last decade. I bring to you, the relevant information that I learned with action items for you to implement the changes needed to improve your life.
